End-to-end case study creation for fintech startup Topkey
This was a full-service case study for fintech platform Topkey, which supports expense management and financial operations for short-term rental companies. Full-service means I handled all customer interaction, interviews, sourced additional statistics, and delivered an approved, print-ready case study for my client.
Here's what the process looked like:
1) Topkey's customer success manager introduced me to their customer, and shared background information on their use case for the Topkey platform.
2) I scheduled and conducted a video interview with the customer.
3) I drafted the case study and completed an internal review with the Topkey team.
4) I shared the draft with the customer, made minor edits, and secured approval.
5) I finalized the case study and submitted to Topkey for publishing and social sharing.
As an added bonus, I added and categorized key quotes from this customer to an internal spreadsheet. Now, they have approved customer quotes ready to use across social media, sales conversations, and future content creation.
